Overview
These terms cover the Color Precision iOS app and digital products sold on colorprecision.com. By using the app or purchasing our products you agree to them.
License
Color Precision grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app and any purchased film emulation products on your own devices, for personal or commercial photography. You may not redistribute, resell, share, reverse engineer, or extract the emulation profiles, LUTs, presets, or styles themselves.
Subscriptions and Purchases (iOS App)
- Color Precision PRO is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time Perpetual purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
- The Perpetual purchase is a one-time payment that unlocks PRO permanently on your Apple account.
Digital Products (Store)
Products sold on colorprecision.com are digital goods delivered by download. Because they cannot be returned, all sales are final; if something does not work as described, email us and we will make it right.

The app and our products are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Color Precision is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your place of residence.
