Overview
Color Precision ("we", "us") operates colorprecision.com and the Color Precision iOS app. This policy explains what information we handle and how. The short version: the app keeps your photos on your device, and we do not sell personal data.
The Color Precision iOS App
- Photos and camera. All photo capture and processing happens entirely on your device. Your photos are never uploaded to us or to anyone else by the app.
- Location. If you grant location permission, your location is embedded into the photos you take (standard EXIF geotagging), exactly like the built-in camera. It stays inside your photo files and is not transmitted to us.
- No tracking. The app contains no analytics or advertising SDKs and does not track you.
- Purchases. Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Apple. We never see your payment details.
The Online Store
- Orders. When you buy from colorprecision.com we receive the information needed to fulfil your order: name, email address, and billing details, handled through Shopify and its payment providers. We do not store your card numbers.
- Email. We use your email address to deliver your purchase and, if you opt in, for occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Cookies. The store uses cookies required for the shopping cart and checkout to work, as provided by Shopify.
Your Rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@colorprecision.com. We honour applicable rights under the GDPR, the CCPA, and similar laws.

If this policy changes we will update this page and revise the date above.
